Aveline pulled out her phone. "What are you standing there for? Call the police." Selena, however, seemed unfazed. "I've reported it before, but nothing was stolen, and the security cameras were out of order, so it was pointless." Aveline frowned. "But it's too dangerous for you to stay here. Russell asked, "Do you know why she was suddenly kicked out of the Winter family?" Aveline replied, "I have no idea." Russell paused for a moment before saying, "I thought you might know. I've heard that Lucas pressured the Winter family into letting Sophia go." He hesitated briefly, then added, "I thought this might have something to do with you." Aveline bit her lip, not wanting to reveal what had happened the previous night. "I really don't know. I only found out when I saw the news this morning." Russell sighed.
