Somewhere in Damio, a certain hill had massive structures, with a stone wall covering almost 1 kilometer of the radius with a majestic-looking palace in the middle.

Currently, most of the palace was dark and quiet, except the front yard, which had a massive bonfire lit up with over a hundred individuals gathered.

The sky was dark as the moon was creeping in behind the clouds.

On top of the palace-like building. A sign was noticeable enough to see a kilometer away.

Even in the darkness, it was somewhat visible, with its letters glowing.

[Fang's School of Martial Arts]

It is a school, widely known and respected in Continent of Damio, but it is less known in other Continents.

Students of this school usually become respected members of society, and even entering the school as Outer Disciple is a huge honor, let alone an Inner Disciple or Core Disciple.

Currently, in the Fang's School of Martial Arts. A sparring match was ongoing.

A figure crashed through a wall, which caused a dust cloud to appear, which was nigh invisible during the night.

The figure was a blond-haired young man with dark brown eyes and green robes, with half of the robes being on the color of gold.

''T-This can't be real...'' Len muttered with disbelief as he climbed out of the debris from the broken wall.

In the distance, he saw the bonfire and his opponent standing in the spotlight.

''Grrr...'' He gritted his teeth with hate and stood up with the help of the bo-staff, ''I-I am not done...'' With his bo-staff on his right hand, he rushed towards Ichiro, who was currently being admired by his Junior Sisters.

With anger, he unleashed a move that was on the whole another level compared to his previous attacks, ''Battle Style, Second Move of Thrusting!'' His muscles bulged as he grabbed the other end of the staff tightly.

The staff didn't shake or tremble as it thrusted through the air, straight towards Ichiro.

A small smile appeared on Ichiro's face as he suddenly saw a bo-staff appearing next to him, ''You aren't done yet? Good, me neither.'' He made a simple motion of moving the staff to the right.

But, his staff struck Len's bo-staff enough to change its direction to miss his body.

*Bam!*

Len stopped his movement by strongly stomping the ground, ''Repeat Style, Second Move of Thrusting!'' This time, he didn't thrust the staff forwards once; instead, dozens of times... Hundreds of times...

Ichiro quickly took a step backward and started deflecting the rain of staff attacks.

Few of the attacks almost touched Ichiro's clothing, but in nicely manner, he managed to deflect them all.

Currently, he wasn't using any techniques. Instead, he is doing this from muscle memory.

Scenes of him training bo-staff in his previous life surfaced into his memory, and he knew exactly what moves he had to do.

His Master also taught him secrets of bo-staff, and the important part isn't the brute strength, instead quick and sharp attacks.

That's why he did very small movements, but they were incredibly quick and sharp! Enough to deflect every single attack Len was throwing at him.

Grandmaster Fang and Abyss nodded with approval.

That's what Len was missing, quickness and sharpness of his attacks. He has great physical strength, but it is still lower than Ichiro's, so he had to focus on his techniques to overcome the large gap between them.

But, Ichiro's skill with bo-staff surprised many, especially Len. His attacks seemed useless as they either missed or were deflected to the side, which made his posture slightly a mess.

''Battle Style, Third Move of Chopping!'' With no ideas left, Len made a move, which he has no great mastery on.

He raised his bo-staff and chopped it straight towards Ichiro's shoulder in hopes of breaking his arm.

''Haahhh...'' Ichiro took a deep breath and prepared his bones for impact, ''Suicide!''

''Hmm?'' Len was shocked because of the sudden shout and was actually surprised that his bo-staff hit its mark.

Ichiro's body trembled as the pain started sinking in, but his technique, Suicide, once again spared him from greater injury.

Len was shocked to the core after seeing his attack, not doing anything except make a small bruise on Ichiro's shoulder.

''W-Why won't you get hurt!'' Len screamed and tried to push the bo-staff down, trying to crush Ichiro's shoulder, but the staff didn't move an inch.

''I-I do get hurt, fuck!'' Ichiro screamed and slammed his foot deep inside Len's stomach, which made him cough out of his dinner.

''Ugh!'' Len grabbed his stomach with agony filling his face as he fell down on his knees; a trail of saliva and vomit left his mouth, staining the ground on different substances.

Ichiro rubbed his shoulder, and even touching it caused his pain receptors to go overdrive. He quickly removed his hand from the shoulder.

''I-Is this Martial Arts of Arya?'' Len asked while wiping his dirty mouth.

''No...'' Ichiro muttered, ''This is Martial Arts of Earth.''

''Earth... I-I have never heard such place before...'' Len repeated the words Earth on his mind as he tried to print that name on his memory.

Ichiro dropped the bo-staff down to the ground and limped inside the mansion, leaving hundreds of different individuals shocked by the result of the match.

Soon, Ichiro reached his temporary room, and instantly he crashed on the bed with his body exhausted, enough to make him feel like he was made of jelly.

He closed his eyes and replayed the fight on his mind.

It was the first time he used True Iron Style on the match, and he saw the potential of it, but also the need to improve it.

''L-Let's see...'' He murmured as he took the notebook from his Inventory and went straight towards the eighth page, and surprisingly, it wasn't blurry anymore.

''Eight page...'' After restoring his well-needed energy, he started reading it over and over.

He read it at least over ten times until he remembered it perfectly.

Each word was printed on his mind, and now, he knew what he needed to do.
