Radley spent the whole day at the Monaghans’ mansion, and Freya stayed in the living room with Daniella until

noon.

After lunch, Daniella went to rest, leaving Freya and Radley alone in the living room, which made Freya feel a bit

awkward.

She glanced at the maid next to her. “Why didn’t Madam Rosie come today?”

The maid glanced cautiously at Radley.

Radley raised his gaze. “Speak.” His voice was cold.

The maid immediately whispered to Freya, “Evergreen University called, saying that Miss Hannah caused some

trouble at school, so Madam Rosie went to handle it.”

What trouble does Hannah cause? Freya frowned.

She immediately thought of Melissa. Hannah and Melissa were best friends, and they had even gotten into a fight

After sharing this gossip, Freya looked up at Radley. “Did you ask what happened?”

sister took a liking to a guy and scratched his car.”

“My mother will handle it for her. There’s nothing to worry about.”

Freya sighed, “Now, I understand why Hannah has such a twisted personality. You handle everything for her, so,

how can she grow up?”

Radley fell into contemplation at her words.

“You’re right. In that case. I’ll deduct her pocket money for a month. Let her learn a lesson.”

Radley was always quick to act. After thinking of a punishment, he immediately called Connor West and gave him

instructions.

Freya’s eyes widened as she listened to Radley instructing Connor..

“Yes, deduct all her pocket money for this month. If she has any objections, deduct next month’s as well.”

Freya fell silent and waited until Radley hung up the call before saying, “Um, about that-

Freya and Radley stayed in the living room until the afternoon.

At 5 p.m., Daniella woke up without having a seizure this time. She entered the living room and was delighted to see

Freya.

“Is Frey here?”

Many patients with Alzheimer’s disease do not remember the memories of their seizures.

Freya sat in the living room and chatted with Daniella.

Half an hour later, there was a commotion at the door.

Freya looked up and saw Madam Rosie and Hannah returning.

Hannah stared at Freya for a while and gritted her teeth. “It must be Melissa who told you, that traitor.”

indignant.

Hannah realized that she had slipped up and blinked her eyes.

“Hannah, let’s sit down and have a chat.

After finishing dinner at the Monaghan’s mansion at 7 p.m., Freya drove back. She decided to call Melissa on the

way.

It took a moment for Melissa to answer, her voice nervous and slightly high-pitched.

“Frey, why did you suddenly call me?”

Freya chuckled lightly while driving.

“Just wanted to check how you’ve been lately. You’re studying at Evergreen University in Caltun, not far from here.

Yet, you never come home even on weekends. I’m curious about what you’ve been up to.”

Melissa seemed to relax, her laughter coming through the phone. “Frey, I’ve been busy studying recently.”

“Busy studying?” Freya’s voice rose slightly. “Busy studying or busy dating?”

There was a brief pause on the other end of the line before Melissa exclaimed, “Did Hannah spill the beans?”

Freya shed a tear for this pair of plastic sisters,

“Melissa, no matter what, you should’ve told us if you were dating. You’re a university student now, and dating is

your own choice. How could your parents not agree? But keeping it a secret from us? As your family, we have the

right to know, right?”

Melissa’s voice came through urgently. That’s exactly what I’m afraid of. If my dad finds out I’m dating someone in

Caltun, he’ll dig up everything about him tomorrow!”

Freya pondered for a moment. Her uncle’s adoration for his daughter was indeed like that. He might even find out

what the boyfriend’s ancestors had done.
