>Ghost Sentry- Good morning sir… [delete]<

>Ghost Sentry- I have heard a lot about you sir… [delete]<

The virtual interface status hovered before Ghost Sentry as he stared at the dm in a daze. Coming into Dominator, he had a lot of expectations and was why he worked so hard to become a pro player.

Despite his efforts though, he already resigned himself to be patient and continue grinding for a long time, he never expected to be so lucky.

In his opinion, meeting an NPC like Legolas was the epitome of luck.

Through Legolas's missions, he was able to attract the attention of a top guild already without even trying so hard and when it was still just the beta testing.

The Blue Brook Guild was the game representative guild of the famous American professional game club, Blue Autumn. Alongside other 2 Chinese game clubs, they were widely recognized as the best game clubs internationally.

As the guild leader of a guild representing such a huge game club, Blue River's online status could only be imagined. For a player of such caliber to contact him directly, Ghost Sentry was so flattered that he started sweating bullets.

He went to the dm but could not organize a message. He kept on fidgeting and trying to be formal with his message which only failed miserably as he kept on deleting the messages before he could write how many words.

In his dilemma, his heart suddenly skipped a beat.

Blue River was typing!

>Blue River- Good morning, my name is Blue River<

>Ghost Sentry- Good morning, my name is Ghost Sentry, nice to meet you<

>Blue River- I've been observing you since the beta testing started, and I must confess, you must be an incredibly skilled and lucky player<

>Blue River- I showed you to my boss and they were impressed with your skills<

Ghost Sentry's heart skipped a beat as he waited in anticipation.

>Blue River- On behalf of the Blue Autumn club, I officially invite you to work as a high-ranking official of the Blue Autumn game club with an option of being promoted to become a pro player added to your contract clause<

The first parts of the message sent Ghost Sentry to Cloud 9, the middle parts sent him back to earth, but the last parts raised his spirits back to Cloud 7.

Once he thought deep into it, he found it reasonable. Before becoming a pro player for any club, his skills first needed to be tested.

He was optimistic. By joining the guild as an official, the opportunity was already presented before him, all that he needed to do was to prove himself and impress them.

>Blue River- If you need time, I can give you some time to think about it but…<

>Ghost Sentry- I accept your invitation<

>Ghost Sentry- I have always admired the Blue Autumn club all my life, I know all the star players, and it has been a dream of mine to help its cause. I am so happy to be a part of your project, I am…<

Bluer River ignored the bulk of the message and sent the virtual contract.

Ghost Sentry signed it instantly, and in no time, the Blue Brook Guild welcomed a new high-ranking official into their ranks.

After the contract signing, before Ghost Sentry slept that night, he and Blue River chatted on different topics till late night in the game.

The next morning, Horny Assassin woke up shocked, waking up Legolas. "Blue River f*cking chatted me, I knew it, I'm famous!"

Legolas woke up annoyed but was instead surprised by not seeing Ghost Sentry in the room. Before he could ask for him, the player returned. Ghost Sentry didn't return alone, he returned with another player accompanying him.

"Faction leader, meet my friend, Blue River".

"Master, it is nice to meet you". Blue River being a professional used some basic NPC flattery catchphrases to try leaving a good first impression on Legolas.

Horny Assassin's jaw dropped on seeing this famous player, he looked back and forth between Blue River and Ghost Sentry. "H-how…?"

Legolas raised his brows on seeing this new player as he thought. 'Is this not that Blue River? Wow, he's even trying to lick my boots in this new world, damn'

'Being an NPC is so nice man'

As a player himself, he also knew Blue River and the famous Blue Autumn game guild. At some point in his life, he also aspired to become a pro player and his dream was to play for this giant gaming club from America.

Though the 2 players tried not to make it too obvious, he already knew why Blue River was here and Legolas simply played along to save time.

"Wonderful, Ghost Sentry, did you bring me a new helper?"

"Yes, faction leader".

That was what Legolas needed, he did the thing and sent an invite.

-----

A new player has accepted your faction invitation: Blue River

Faction: Legolas's Faction

Member capacity: 10

Current members: 4/10

You have placed 5 items in the faction shop

[Shop: 3 Basic Summoner knowledge, 1 Basic Elementalist knowledge, and an uncommon grade weapon]

----

As soon as he accessed the faction page, Blue River's eyes lit up. Instantly, he bought a copy of all 5 items that were available on the faction shop.

Legolas did not give a mission, but rather, he simply ordered Horny Assassin this time to go out and get food for all 4 of them.

After eating, Legolas gave them orders to not leave the inn and to not disturb him till he was back as he went back to his room where he locked himself in.

Today was the day of the grey world gathering, it was supposed to be 5 pm, but he made today a special exception due to his need to go save Prince Christensen. He already notified the members through the Hermit identity.

Since it was remaining only 3 days for the beta testing, he needed to act fast.

Legolas sat cross-legged in his room and gently tapped the grey apple tattoo, the next moment, everything faded into black and his consciousness disappeared.
